Wednesdays we will use high quality interval training and bodyweight exercises to get the most out of our environment and time. Mobility, coordination, stamina, and power will all get pushed to individual limits. Coaching on progressions and regressions as well as fun, creative options to challenge these attributes. Seven drills, five times through. Do you have what it takes to complete the full design?
Bring a bottle of water, dry towel and you may want dry clothes to change after class. Wear work out gear, or athletic beach attire and flip flops or running shoes (if you must) as we encourage training on the beach to be done barefoot.
Quantity:
Classes prioritize the use of the environment but also feature minimal equipment to allow full body training. Pushing, pulling, crawling, jumping, core strengthening, stamina, and coordination will all come into play.
