Dan has been a trainer on the OBX for 15 years and has a love of nature and movement in all its forms. He is back on the beach for an awesome 2025 season to share this love with visitors and locals, old and new. holding a long resume of training, he has become the premier outdoor fitness trainer on the Outer banks. from his run for over a decade of dynamic flow events for Town of duck, to clandestine movement groups , to opening a collective studio, then returning to his natural training roots, he has been a part of outerbanks fitness culture for a very long time. He teaches all levels from child to athlete to silver sneaker how to move ones body well and find joy in fitness by integrating natural, practical, and playful content with traditional fitness drills.
